Global Service Initiative(GSI)

Delta Upsilon created the Global Service Initiative in order to offer members an opportunity to engage in direct service in developing nations and the United States while uniting their actions with the principles of the Fraternity. The Rutgers Chapter of Delta Upsilon has raised thousands of dollars in support of the GSI and has actively sent brothers abroad and nationwide to offer direct service. Participants in the program describe it as being one of the most fulfilling experiences of their lives, and several have participated in the program on more than just one occassion.
Dance Marathon

Delta Upsilon is a proud supporter of Rutgers Dance Marathon. The Fraternity, in congregation with the rest of the University, seeks to raise funds to fight rare blood disorders and cancer. Each year, the Fraternity will carry out numerous events and fundraisers with the sole purpose of raising funds and awareness of Dance Marathon. Thousands of dollars have been donated by the Rutgers Chapter of Delta Upsilon to support this grand initiative. Last year, Delta Upsilon raised $40,000, the second most raised among fraternities on campus.
RU4Kids

The Rutgers Chapter of Delta Upsilon is proud to be a part of the RU4Kids Program at Rutgers University. Sponsored by the Embrace Kids Foundation, this gives Fraternities the opportunity to brighten the lives of youth suffering from blood disorders and/or cancer. DU is ecstatic to have welcomed an incredible set of twin brothers, Georgios and Kosta, into their brotherhood.
Community Service

The Brothers of Delta Upsilon are consistently finding manners in which they can utilize themselves as assets to support numerous initiatives to better both the local, regional, national and international communities; from simply helping new students move into their dorms, to doing large-scale clean-ups, to building new schools in Negril Jamaica. DU is also an active participant and supporter of fellow greek philanthropy events hosted by fraternities and sororities!
